from addict to advocate will help you to

Understand your confusion behind compulsive addictive behavior.

Our world works with opposites in a way you can use to your advantage. Knowing who you don't want to be lets you see who you do want to be more clearly. If there is an up, then there must be a down. If there is hot, then there must be cold. If there is an Addict, there also must be an opposite, which is the Advocate.

Develop a helpful relationship to the voice in your head that won't shut up.

You will learn about the GNAT (Grand Narrator Around Thought), which is the voice in your head, and how to harness its words to your advantage. You will learn about the Board of Directors that live as archetypes in your psyche. You will learn how to be the architect of your perspective and to use addiction as a powerful information source.

Learn to trust yourself and engage in the process of uncovery.

Uncovery is rooted in proven cognitive behavioral strategies, science-backed positive psychology methodologies, and years of clinical experience working with people moving beyond the turmoil of addiction and toward a life of well-being. Learning to align with your values will point you in the right direction.
Uncovery does just that.

forge your own path forward

Do you find quality resources for help understanding addiction outdated, too expensive, or simply unavailable? Are you looking for a fresh perspective on cultivating a life of well-being that can be accomplished on your own? If you are affiliated with a 12-step program or are working with a sponsor or mental health professional, this material can be used in conjunction or completed independently.

This course will not make you stop acting out. That choice is yours and yours alone. This course will also not erase potential damage that has occurred. This course will, however, help you understand where the decisions to behave in addictive ways came from and what you can do about it moving forward.

Unique Approach to Wellness

Traditional methods don't mean they're necessarily effective, fun, or for you. Try a different perspective that incorporates empowerment, optimism, and meaning.

Cost and Format Effective

Therapy or coaching is expensive. Maybe too expensive. Maybe you don't like talking to someone like that. That's totally fine. This course provides information in a few hours and for a small fraction of the price of what would take 6 months to a year to achieve from those other methods.

Flexible Options

A personalized education program with privacy allows for progress to be made at your own pace. Take your time. Learn at your own speed. No need to rush your path unless that's what you're looking for. Then, by all means, go full steam ahead!
